Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Loan Against Securities is responsible for driving business growth for LAS products by acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with wealth management, relationship management, and distribution teams. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and closing LAS opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and credit policies.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
* MBA, PGDM, CFA, NISM certifications, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
* 4–10 years of experience in LAS, wealth management, secured lending, private banking, or financial services sales.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of:
* Loan Against Securities products
* Equity shares, mutual funds, bonds, and other financial instruments
* Credit assessment and risk management
* Capital markets and wealth management products
* Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities.
* Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
