Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our construction firm. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in tele-calling, with the ability to engage potential clients and support the sales team in lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to potential customers
- Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling and follow-ups
- Explain project details, offerings, and services to prospective clients
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Good interpersonal skills and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer engagement
- Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
