Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute production activities for automation systems, robotic tracks, welding machines, and fabricated assemblies, site visits.
- Interpret manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and assembly layouts for accurate execution
- Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and quality teams for smooth production flow
- Supervise fabrication, machining, fitting, assembly, and alignment activities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, tolerances, and assembly procedures
- Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and material availability
- Handle shop-floor problem solving, rework reduction, and process improvements
- Support pre-dispatch inspection, trials, and internal testing
- Maintain production records, daily progress reports, and checklists
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, safety, and quality
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly
(Automation / SPM / Fabrication background preferred)
- Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, machining processes, and fits & tolerances
- Hands-on exposure to welding, structures, linear motion assemblies, bearings, and drives
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics and mechanical sub-assemblies
- Ability to work closely with technicians, fitters, and vendors,
- Familiarity with SolidWorks / AutoCAD drawings for production reference
- Practical, disciplined, and execution-oriented mindset
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
