About the Role
OSEP Pvt. Ltd. is an outsourcing company providing professional business support services to Australian clients. We are currently hiring a Client Services Executive – Immigration & Visa to support one of our Australian migration consultancy clients from our Ahmedabad office.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an immigration, visa, or overseas education consultancy, with strong client relationship management, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to handle client enquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Understand clients' visa and migration requirements and provide initial guidance.
- Schedule appointments with migration consultants.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Record accurate client information and call notes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Australian team regarding client matters.
- Manage emails, calendars, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Assist with visa documentation and filing processes where required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Immigration Consultancy, Visa Consultancy, Migration Agency, or Overseas Education Consultancy.
- Experience as a Visa Consultant, Client Relationship Executive, Client Service Executive, Visa Filing Executive, or Migration Support Executive.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Australian visa system is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
