This is a full-time, on-site HR/Accountant role based in Faridabad. The HR/Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, and performance management. Additionally, the role includes handling accounting functions such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and budget management. The professional will work closely with management to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in HR-related tasks, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Accounting expertise, including bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of tax compliance, budget management, and financial analysis
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and HR management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in HR or accounting
