Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Hunt for new business prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn). [1, 2]
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify profitable business opportunities. [1, 2, 3]
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients. [1, 2]
- Pitching & Proposals: Craft customized business proposals, presentations, and contracts that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition. [1, 2, 3]

Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver persuasive pitches and negotiate terms.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret market data, analyze sales metrics, and forecast growth.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce or HubSpot to track pipelines.
