Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience: 0-2 years experience in electrical drafting
Job Summary:
The Electrical Draftsman is responsible for preparing electrical drawings and layouts based on design inputs, standards, and project requirements. The role supports engineers and project teams by ensuring all drawings are clear, compliant, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting & Design Support
- Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Develop single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Create panel layout drawings, cable routing, and tray layouts
- Revise drawings based on engineer/client comments
2. Documentation
- Maintain drawing registers and revision control
- Ensure all drawings follow applicable standards and formats
- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion
3. Coordination
- Work closely with electrical engineers and project teams
4. Quantity Support
- Assist in material take-off from drawings
- Support preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Skills & Competency
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Understanding of electrical symbols and standards
- Basic knowledge of panels, cables, and electrical systems Functional Competency

- Willingness to learn and improve Qualification
- 0-2 years experience in electrical drafting
- Freshers with AutoCAD knowledge can be considered
- Knowledge of other tools like EPLAN (optional)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
