Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Cashier & Customer Service Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, assisting customers with service-related requests, maintaining operational accuracy, and delivering an excellent customer experience while adhering to organizational policies and compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesCash Operations
- Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions.
- Verify cash balances and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure proper cash handling in accordance with internal policies.
- Reconcile cash at the end of each working day.
Customer Service
- Assist customers with account-related queries and service requests.
- Guide customers regarding accounts, deposits, debit cards, digital services, and other available products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Operations
- Process NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other financial transactions.
- Perform KYC verification and documentation.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Support day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
- Follow KYC, AML, and internal compliance procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Basic knowledge of financial operations and customer service processes.
- Cash handling and numerical accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in financial services, customer service, operations, or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a branch environment.
