Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you
will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data to provide
valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work
closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to identify
business requirements and develop analytical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and
insights.
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to support
data analysis and reporting.
Interpret and present data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and develop key
performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring data quality and performance.
Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to improve
data accuracy and reliability.
Assist in the design and development of data visualization dashboards, reports, and
presentations for monitoring and communicating data analysis results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques, tools,
and technologies.
Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures
to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,
or a related discipline.
Proven experience in data analysis and data manipulation using Excel.
Proficiency in R programming for statistical analysis and data modeling.
Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting (Nice to have).
Experience with Python for modeling, machine learning, and data automation (Nice to have).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
