Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Group Loan and Personal Loan products.
- Generate new business through field sales activities.
- Identify prospective customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Meet assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with the branch team for documentation and loan processing.
- Ensure timely customer follow-up and service.
Eligibility
- SSLC / Plus Two (with relevant experience) / Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or Sales are preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
