Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and oversee architectural projects from initial concept and client meetings to final construction.
- Create architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Collaborate closely with senior architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and designs are buildable.
- Develop visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and other vendors during the construction phase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's in Architecture (M.Arch).
- Proven experience in architectural design and project coordination
- Strong proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
