Job Description
Ram Empire India is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating interest in our projects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company projects and services to potential buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
