Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
The Receptionist / Admin is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and supporting day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and courier
- Maintain visitor log and appointment schedules
- Handle basic office administration tasks
- Maintain files, records, and documents
- Assist HR/Admin team with clerical work
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Coordinate with departments for smooth communication
- Ensure reception area is clean and organized
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Professional and polite behavior
- Time management and multitasking
- Customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in receptionist or admin role is an advantage
Work Environment:
- Office-based role
- Requires interaction with staff, visitors, and clients
