Job description:
- Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, & Printers), software applications (Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office 2013,Office 365, Open Office 4.1, Symantec AV)
- Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems through SCCM / External device (Windows 10).
- Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook.
- Installation and Managing of antivirus products.
- Taking / Monitoring Regular data backup, restoration of data & mail backup of MS outlook.
- Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1 level.
- Basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, Firewall basic installation.
- Vendor Management & maintaining onsite Asset inventory. IMAC process understanding.
- Configuring & Troubleshooting of Network printers, scanners & Local printers at L1 Level.
- Resolving tickets within the SLA, which is raised from End User side supporting through floor support/Remote support & Call, support.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
