About the Role
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for a leading life insurance company, working within the Bancassurance (Banca) channel in partnership with a leading private sector bank. This is a customer-facing sales role based out of bank branches in Gurugram, ideal for candidates with prior experience in banking, insurance, BFSI, NBFC, telecom, or retail sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive life insurance sales through the assigned bank branch(es) under the Banca channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and management
- Engage walk-in bank customers and identify insurance sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for policy issuance
- Deliver excellent after-sales service to policyholders
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager/Team Lead on performance and pipeline
Requirements
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Age between 23 and 35 years
- Prior sales experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, NBFC, Telecom, Retail, or other customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, presentable, and well-groomed
- Willingness to work in a Banca/Branch Banking channel setup
