What will you be doing?
As a design professional, you will be responsible for -
- Coordinating and working closely with our partners to help them develop world class designs for Stores and residence.
- Being the custodian of store designs – develop designs for all upcoming stores.
- Engaging with external design consultants to develop designs for Stores as per the template.
- Some knowledge of MEP services will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of latest Material pallets and BOQ’s (bill of quantities)
- Cross-functional coordination.
- Visiting On going sites and conduct site feasibility if required.
- Some site/construction experience.
We are looking for someone with a:
- Ideally worked in a design consultants office (3-5 years of experience)
- B.Arch. or Experienced Diploma Holder from a reputed college
- Expert in AUTOCAD, photoshop, presentations
- Communication and presentation skills
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
