Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for US Travel PPC campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Team Leaders, Quality Analysts, Trainers, and Travel Sales Executives.
- Drive revenue through inbound PPC campaigns for:
- Flight Bookings
- Cruise Bookings
- Hotel Reservations
- Car Rentals
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against business targets.
- Improve conversion rates and maximize revenue per lead.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor agent productivity, attendance, adherence, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with PPC, Marketing, QA, HR, and Training teams to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance, call metrics, booking ratios, cancellation trends, and customer feedback.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain operational dashboards, MIS reports, and management reports.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
