- Duty Timing: 2nd Shift / Night Shift (As per Company Schedule)
- Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and workplace behaviour.
- Conduct regular shop floor rounds during the shift.
- Report any misconduct, absenteeism, or policy violations to the HR Head.
- Prepare daily HR reports and shift reports.
- Monitor mandatory PPE compliance (Safety Shoes, Helmet, Gloves, Eye Protection, Ear Protection, etc.).
- Monitor cleanliness and housekeeping of all departments.
- Other taks given by HR Head.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
