- Manage and monitor all customer relationship activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers after vehicle sales and service.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and improve CSI/NPS scores.
- Supervise CRM Executives and allocate daily tasks.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service departments for customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with TVS dealership CRM processes and standards.
- Plan customer engagement activities and retention programs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
