Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Write, edit, and schedule engaging text posts, carousels, and articles tailored specifically for a professional LinkedIn audience.
- Profile Optimization: Assist in optimizing the company page and executive profiles (CEOs, founders, or leadership team) to align with our brand identity.
- Community Engagement: Monitor notifications, actively respond to comments, and engage with industry-relevant posts to grow our professional network.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the HR and creative teams to showcase our work culture, employee highlights, and open job roles to attract top talent.
- Research & Ideation: Keep track of trending topics, industry news, and viral LinkedIn formats to pitch fresh content ideas.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitor key metrics like profile views, engagement rates, follower growth, and post reach to provide basic weekly insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- LinkedIn Savvy: A deep understanding of LinkedIn’s interface, algorithm, features (like newsletters, carousels, polls), and professional etiquette.
- Copywriting Skills: Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to write in a professional yet conversational, authentic tone.
- Basic Graphic Skills: Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools to quickly put together simple carousels or post graphics.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, a quick learner, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
