Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
- Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor budgets, resource utilization, and operational costs.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting.

- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operations role.
- Strong experience in handling end-to-end operational activities and team management.
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹14,414.60 - ₹48,433.29 per month
