We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive with 1 year of experience to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS using Excel.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Administration
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
- Handle courier, travel, and accommodation arrangements when required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of administrative documents.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and Administration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certification will be an added advantage.
