Job Summary
Al Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for a creative and result-oriented Sales Coordinator with hands-on experience in the counselling field. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about our courses, certifications, and career opportunities
Handle inquiries through calls and other communication channels
Assist students with the admission process
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities
Prior experience in counselling / sales coordination preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure
