Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for commercial interior projects.
- Generate B2B leads from corporate, retail, office, and showroom segments.
- Handle client pitching, presentations, negotiations, and project closures.
- Build strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Lead the marketing team and achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the commercial client base.
- Maintain a strong network across Delhi NCR.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA in Marketing / Graduate.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in commercial interior projects.
- Experience in interior fit-out/commercial projects is mandatory.
- Strong network with builders, architects, corporates, and consultants in NCR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/marketing targets.
