We are a growing apparel brand/manufacturing unit looking for an experienced and highly skilled Stitching Master to join our production team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our garment construction process. You will be responsible for translating design sketches into flawless patterns, cutting fabrics with high precision, and supervising the stitching team to ensure every garment meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pattern Making & Cutting: Create accurate paper patterns based on design sketches, tech packs, or physical samples. Execute precise fabric cutting to minimize wastage.
- Sample Development: Stitch the initial prototype/sample garment to test fit, drape, and construction before mass production.
- Fitting & Alterations: Conduct garment fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns or stitched pieces to achieve the perfect fit.
- Team Supervision: Guide and supervise a team of tailors/stitching operators, assigning tasks and ensuring production timelines are met.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished garments for stitching quality, measurements, and overall finishing, ensuring zero defects.
- Fabric Management: Estimate fabric consumption accurately for different designs and sizes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [3–5] years of experience as a Stitching Master or Master Tailor in an apparel export house, boutique, or manufacturing unit.
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of pattern making, grading, fabric cutting, and various stitching techniques (Western wear / Ethnic wear / Haute Couture – specify your niche).
- Machinery: Mastery over industrial single-needle machines, overlock machines, and other specialized garment machinery.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills to manage and train a team of tailors.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to read tech packs or design sketches and replicate them exactly.
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
