Job Details
- Position: Customer Experience Associate (Chat)
- Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
- Experience: Fresher to 5 years
Work Schedule
- 6 working days per week.
- Rotational shifts (10 hours) between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
- Note: No cab facility provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle live chats professionally.
- Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and payments.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Provide product assistance and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi (Required).
- Minimum typing speed (30 WPS-45 WPS)
- Good typing speed and proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work rotational shifts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with 10+2 and strong relevant experience will be considered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
