The role involves handling leads from social media and calls, understanding their concerns, and converting them into paid astrology consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle queries from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.
- Call interested leads and explain astrology services
- Understand customer concerns (career, marriage, health, etc.)
- Build trust and guide them towards consultation
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Follow up with potential clients
- Maintain customer records
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Confident while speaking on calls
- Strong convincing ability
- Sales / telecalling experience is a plus
Important:
- Candidate should have interest in Astrology / Spiritual field
- Should be comfortable discussing astrology-related topics with clients
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, calling tools
