We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert them into revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and track opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal submission, onboarding, and project handover.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into successful sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of the construction, engineering, or technical services industry (if applicable).
- Ability to develop sales strategies and identify new market segments
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
