Responsibilities
- Counsel working professionals regarding career advancement and upskilling programs.
- Contact leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand candidates' career objectives and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide ongoing support.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process..
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
