This is a dynamic role that combines centre operations, student support, customer service, and administration. Coordinator will be the first point of contact for students and parents while coordinating with teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our learning centre. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Student & Parent Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive centre experience.
- Centre Operations: Oversee day-to-day centre operations, including classroom allocation, classroom readiness, and smooth transitions between classes.
- Teacher Coordination: Coordinate class schedules, timetable changes, teacher substitutions, and ensure timely communication of relevant information and resources.
- Student Administration: Support admissions and onboarding, maintain attendance and student records, and assist with fee coordination and follow-ups.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Maintain and monitor books, stationery, learning materials, and teaching resources, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Communication & Reporting: Manage WhatsApp groups, draft professional communications and announcements, and maintain accurate records and reports using Google Workspace.
- General Administration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance vendors and support administrative activities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the centre.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
