Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 9:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Pigeon Brand Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing detailed product information, and ensuring efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked store.
- Handle customer transactions and provide excellent service.
- Keep track of inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure a clean and appealing store layout to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- A friendly and professional attitude.
