A Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day activities at the construction or interior project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site work and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and design standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues or delays.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers on site status.
- Resolve on-site problems and communicate technical issues with architects, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure proper installation of finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in interior projects.
- Verify measurements and quantities before execution.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of construction methods and interior fit-out processes.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical plans.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Experience in site supervision (typically 1–5 years, depending on the role).
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
