Role Summary:
As a PMC Engineer, responsible for end-to-end execution, regulatory compliance, and technical engineering of Retail Outlets (Petrol & CNG Pumps). The role demands precision in PESO compliance, structural design, and strict site management to meet project timelines.
1. Regulatory Compliance & PESO Management
- Manage PESO licensing and compliance for Liquid Petroleum and CNG facilities.
- Maintain and update statutory documentation ensuring full legal compliance.
- Prepare and validate PESO-specific technical drawings and layouts.
2. Architectural & Facility Planning
- Design layouts for Be-Cafe and allied facilities in coordination with Sales and Engineering teams.
- Plan and map ancillary structures including washing bays and utility areas.
- Prepare pre-approval drawings for administrative and billing processes.
3. Advanced Surveying & Digital Mapping
- Conduct land surveys using Total Station including contour and level mapping.
- Develop AutoCAD drawings for New Retail Outlet (NRO) planning.
4. Execution, Quality & Site Engineering
- Lead QA/QC processes including inspections and material testing.
- Supervise layout marking and ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Coordinate with City Gas authorities for CNG installations and approvals.
5. Project Controls & Timeline Management
- Manage project timelines using master bar charts (45–90 day completion target).
- Maintain measurement sheets and verify contractor bills for cost control.
6. Technical Skills & Design Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with ability to handle revisions.
- Strong civil and structural design knowledge including steel structures and sheds.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
