Key Responsibilities
Purchase Management
Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best terms.
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
Ensure timely procurement of materials as per production and operational requirements.
Maintain purchase records, vendor *databases, and documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality, quantity, and delivery schedules.
Store Management
Maintain inventory records and stock registers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory availability.
Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance.
Conduct periodic *stock verification and inventory audits.
Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials .
Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of the store area.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
