Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting field sales activities, and converting prospects into long-term business partners. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Conduct daily client meetings and presentations to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer objections related to pricing, competition, and product offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high productivity standards.
- Enhance brand visibility through regular market engagement and relationship-building activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in business development, field sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
