- Customer Assistance: Welcome customers, answer questions, provide product information, and guide them in making purchasing decisions
- Sales Transactions: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, pricing, and promotions to assist customers effectively
- Store Presentation: Stock shelves, organize merchandise, maintain visual displays, and ensure the store is clean and inviting
- Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, restocking, and completing operational tasks or projects as assigned
