Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates, employees, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Prepare offer letters and other HR-related documents.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
- Handle employee documentation and filing.
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and employees.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals and HR software is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Compensation
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
