Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Lab Supervisor to oversee laboratory operations in our textile processing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, supervising lab staff, and ensuring smooth coordination between lab and production departments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily lab operations and testing activities
Monitor dyeing samples and shade matching accuracy
Ensure quality control standards are maintained
Approve lab test reports before submission
Coordinate with production and chemical departments
Guide and train lab technicians and helpers
Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration
Prepare daily quality and production reports
Ensure safety procedures are followed inside the lab
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years experience in textile processing lab
Strong knowledge in dyeing process and shade correction
Ability to handle shift operations
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Volunteer
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
