Preferred:- B.Tech/Diploma in Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology, Chemical Engineering, or B.Sc Chemistry
Work Mode:- Field-Based with Extensive Travel
Role Purpose
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory through new customer acquisition, technical sales, trial management, customer relationship development, distributor support, and achievement of sales and collection targets. The role acts as a bridge between customers and Leomine's technical and commercial teams, ensuring successful product adoption and long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development – Identify and acquire new customers while expanding Leomine's presence within the assigned territory.
- Technical Sales & Trials – Understand customer requirements and support technical trials to successfully convert opportunities into business.
- Customer Management – Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business through consistent engagement and service support.
- Distributor Development – Develop and support distributors and dealers to increase market reach and territory penetration.
- Sales & Collections – Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring timely collections and healthy customer accounts.
- Market Intelligence – Monitor competitor activities, customer requirements, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales records while ensuring timely reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Internal Coordination – Collaborate with technical, production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure seamless customer service and execution.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
