Job Summary:
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the complete garment manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in kids garment production, manpower management, production planning, quality control, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
· Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
· Manage cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations.
· Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, quality, and warehouse teams.
· Optimize manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
· Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions.
· Reduce production losses, rework, and wastage.
· Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
· Maintain production reports, efficiency reports, and daily MIS.
· Train and supervise production supervisors and operators.
· Coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime.
· Manage inventory of raw materials and work-in-progress.
· Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.
· 5–10 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a Production Manager role.
· Experience in kids wear or infant garment manufacturing will be preferred.

Experience handling high-volume production.
Salary:
₹ 4,20,000 – 6,00,000/-. (Based on experience and qualifications)
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
