Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their digital marketing requirements, and convert them into long-term customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, referrals, and social media.
- Identify and connect with business owners, startups, and SMEs across India.
- Explain Village Kyte's digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule online meetings and sales presentations.
- Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the internal team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the SEO and project teams after successful client onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, tele-sales, or digital marketing sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month
