Lakme Academy Powered by Aptech is an academy that teaches Beauty courses that includes Hair, Skin, Makeup. We are looking for an experienced academic counselor having experience in educational sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should be good at:
- doing cold calling
- identifying sales opportunities
- convincing
- following up with customers
- meeting sales targets
MIS: Prepare monthly and annual reports as required by the management Other Responsibility Areas: Undertake other responsibilities as deemed appropriate & directed by management.
Complete responsibility of managing the centre smoothly Marketing Complete coordination of centre operations
- Create and execute business plan Meet sales/ profitability targets Drive Marketing campaigns
Take measures to generate enquiries Ensure support for conversion of enquiries
- Push for internal course upgradation
- Oversee the smooth conduct of classes Oversee student attendance
- Work towards building employee and student satisfaction Administrative Stock Inventory of products / consumables Order Consumables
- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the centre
|Proficient in the usage of MS Office Excellent Communication Skills & maturity to handle the centre operation independently. Experience: Min 2 years in a managerial position. Exposure to the Beauty & Wellness industry would be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
