We are building next-generation AI-powered software and tools and are looking for a driven individual who can harness the power of modern AI to design, automate, and ship real product features.
You will work directly with AI platforms, automation pipelines, and product workflows — turning ideas into functional, scalable solutions.
This is a high-ownership role where you will have direct impact on how AI shapes our products.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered automation workflows for internal products and client-facing tools
- Develop and refine prompts and AI pipelines to automate tasks, content generation, and data processing
- Integrate AI capabilities into software features — from ideation through to deployment
- Collaborate on product design and UX for AI-driven features and tools
- Research and evaluate new AI techniques and apply them to solve real business problems
- Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve AI automation systems
Requirements
- Strong understanding of how large language models (LLMs) work and how to apply them effectively
- Skilled in prompt engineering and building AI-driven automation pipelines
- Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms, agentic workflows, and no-code/low-code automation tools
- Product thinking — ability to translate business needs into AI feature designs
- Strong written communication skills; can explain AI outcomes to non-technical stakeholders
- Fast learner who adapts quickly as the AI ecosystem evolves
Nice to have
- Experience with API integrations
- Basic coding skills (Python or JavaScript)
- Prior work on SaaS or B2B tools
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
