Job Description – Sales Manager (Broadband/IPTV)
Position: Sales Manager – Broadband/IPTV
Department: Sales
Reports To: Project Manager
Location: Nagpur
Objective:
To lead broadband and IPTV sales efforts, generate new customer acquisitions (NCA), achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth service delivery while supporting and mentoring a team of sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Drive New Customer Acquisition (NCA) for broadband and IPTV services
Ø Achieve a target of 45 new connections per month through self and the sales team
Ø Lead and support a team of 3 Sales Executives, each responsible for 12 connections per month
Ø Personally secure at least 9 new connections per month to meet the overall target
Ø Develop and implement strategies for customer outreach and acquisition
Ø Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates
Ø Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical information to potential customers
Ø Negotiate pricing and service agreements while ensuring profitability
Ø Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
Ø Maintain CRM and submit regular reports to management
Ø Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality
Incentive Structure:
Ø For connections between 36–45, the Sales Manager will receive an incentive of ₹300 per connection
Ø For connections above 45, the incentive will be ₹500 per connection

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
