About the Role
Fables is establishing a new Design Studio in Trivandrum, extending our design capability beyond our Dubai office. This studio will become a core hub for 3D design output supporting Fables' broader operations, allowing us to build a strong, dedicated in-house creative team.
We are looking for 3D Designers to join this studio from the ground up — an exciting opportunity to be part of a founding team, shape the studio's workflows, and contribute directly to Fables' design output across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations for products, spaces, or concepts as required by Fables' design briefs
- Translate 2D concepts, sketches, and briefs from the Dubai team into accurate, production-ready 3D assets
- Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and product teams (across Trivandrum and Dubai) to ensure consistency in brand and design language
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Prepare presentation-ready renders, walkthroughs, or mockups for internal review and client/stakeholder presentation
- Maintain organized design libraries, asset files, and version control for all 3D projects
- Stay current with 3D design tools, rendering techniques, and industry trends to continuously elevate output quality
- Provide regular status updates and participate in design reviews with the Dubai leadership team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Architecture, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 2–5 years of proven experience in 3D design (studio, agency, or in-house experience preferred)
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar
- Strong rendering skills using tools like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or KeyShot
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production and presentation
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals: form, lighting, texture, composition, and materials
- AI-assisted design tools for speeding up ideation and production, framed as keeping pace with market standards.
- Ability to interpret briefs independently and deliver polished output with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to coordinate with a remote/cross-location team (Dubai–Trivandrum)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range and quality of 3D work is mandatory for application
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in a studio setup handling international/remote stakeholders
- Familiarity with product, retail, interior, or spatial design (depending on Fables' focus area)
- Experience with animation or motion graphics
- Exposure to AR/VR or real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
