Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, brokers, and channel partners
- Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns and portals
- Maintain and update lead database in CRM
- Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Sales Closure
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers
- Coordinate with accounts and legal teams for booking documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Documentation & Coordination
- Assist customers with booking forms and documentation
- Coordinate with CRM, finance, and project teams for smooth processing
- Ensure timely payment collection as per schedule
- Market Research
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
- Share customer insights and demand patterns with management
- Post-Sales Support
- Maintain regular follow-up with booked customers
- Resolve customer queries through coordination with relevant departments
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to work on weekends
