- Craft persuasive media proposals, ROI-driven pitch decks, and business growth plans tailored to client goals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals in the ₹50L – ₹5Cr range, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a robust and updated sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business momentum.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Represent the agency in client meetings, industry events, and key networking forums as the face of the business.
- Build long-term consultative relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers to establish trust and authority.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor movements to position the agency as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
- Collaborate with publishers, OTT platforms, and ad networks to unlock exclusive opportunities and partnerships.
3. Market Strategy & Internal Collaboration
- Analyze market trends, category performance, and client challenges to refine go-to-market and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with media planning, creative, and influencer teams to align business pitches with execution excellence.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities across digital, creative, and influencer marketing verticals.
- Track, measure, and report key business metrics — including lead conversions, deal closures, and revenue growth against quarterly targets.
