0–2 Years | Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
About the Role
Cidroy Infotech is looking for a proactive and resourceful Technical Recruiter with prior agency/staffing experience to drive end-to-end hiring while supporting HR Operations and Employee Engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and an existing network of technology professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60–70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and personal networks.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality hires within timelines.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement (30–40%)
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance review processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, etc.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Zoho Suite and basic HR Operations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
