Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Position Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Valuation Company. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, and coordinating with NBFCs, banks, and financial institutions for valuation and underwriting assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with NBFCs, banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- Generate new business opportunities for property valuation and underwriting services.
- Coordinate with clients for valuation assignments, documentation, and execution.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding valuation requirements.
- Support the operations team in smooth execution of valuation and inspection assignments.
- Prepare business reports, client MIS, and daily activity updates.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors.
- Ensure timely communication and professional client handling.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and maintain long-term client relationships.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA / BBA / Any Professional Degree preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Coordination.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate, or Valuation Industry will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
