Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for hiring the right talent to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
3. Recruitment Operations
- Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
4. Employer Branding & HR Support
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media and job portals.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and placement consultants.
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, documentation, and HR compliance.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and other HR administrative activities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS software.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
